| 摘 要： | 推导了观察者和波源不是匀速运动的多普勒效应表达式．结果表明，若把Ｖ和Ｕ理解为观察者和波源的瞬时速度，则公式仍然适用．文中对多普勒效应的相对论形式也作了讨论．

| Abstract: | Doppler's effect formula is derived without supposing the motion of observer and wave source is homogeneous. The result shows that the formula still holds if v and u are understood as instant velocities for observer and wave source,respectively. Doppler's effect formula based on the theory of relativity is also discussed. |
