基于ADAMS的悬架仿真分析

摘    要:为更好地指导汽车独立悬架的设计与制造,在ADAMS/CAR中建立了某车麦弗逊独立前悬架的仿真模型,对影响车辆操稳性的前轮定位参数在汽车平行轮跳仿真实验中进行了仿真分析。通过仿真,前轮外倾角、前束角、主销后倾角及主销偏移距随悬架跳动过程中的变化量均在一个合理的范围之内,初步验证了所建立的仿真模型的合理性。结果表明,利用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS可以正确地建立汽车悬架的运动力仿真模型,为汽车独立悬架的设计和制造提供理论依据。

Abstract:For improving the vehicle independent suspension's performance well,this paper is concerned with the building of simulation modeling in ADAMS/CAR and analyzes the changes of characteristic parameters which impact heavily on handling and stability in the simulation test of the parallel travel.According to the simulation,the change of camber,toe,kingpin inclination and scrub radius vs suspension's compression is in a reasonable range,which validates the rationality of simulation model.The result points out:one can build dynamic simulation mode in vehicle suspension accurately by the mult-body dynamic simulation software ADAMS,which provided an important theoretical gist for the design and manufacture of vehicle independent suspension.
