高压静电场对豌豆根尖影响的细胞学研究

摘    要:对经15kV恒电场处理的豌豆根尖分生组织细胞进行了细胞学研究。结果显示经处理的根尖细胞具有不正常的细胞分裂,如频率高的多核细胞,出现频率为1.3%,同一细胞不同核的分裂不同步;多极分裂;染色体的畸变如染色体的断裂与染色体数目的减少以及微核的产生。

Abstract:The meristematic cell on root tip of pea was observed carefully, which was treated with 15 thousand volt on high volt electrical field. The result shows high proportion polynucleated cell, from two nuclei to four; non synchronous mitosis with two nuclei in same; multipolar mitosis and chromosomal aberration e.g. chromosomal break and reduction. The results were discussed in interrelation to form of polynucleated cell, mechanism of small nucleus, and consequences of chromosomal aberration with grow rate of root rip.
