聚氨酯泡沫材料的隔爆作用

摘    要:为了有效地阻止因爆炸性装置意外爆炸产生的冲击波可能对人员造成的伤害,利用聚氨酯材料对冲击波较好的衰减特性,建立逆向拒爆装置的物理模型,用聚氨酯材料作该装置的隔爆材料,通过调整该装置的聚氨酯材料厚度及空气柱长度,对冲击波衰减参数进行理论计算,得出聚氨酯材料单独作用及空气和聚氨酯材料共同作用下的隔爆距离.同时根据理论计算与实验结果的分析比较,得出聚氨酯材料厚度与炸高之和大于130 mm,且聚氨酯材料厚度大于30 mm、炸高大于50 mm时,各参数及指标符合隔爆装置设计要求.

Abstract:To protect personnel effectively from the hurt of shockwave,it's important to research the gap testing of the polyurethane foam.In light of the attenuated characteristic of the polyurethane foam for the shockwave,a physical model of gap testing was set up.By adjusting the thickness of the polyurethane foam and air-pillar's length and calculating the parameters of the shockwave attenuation,the gap distances were attained under the influence of only polyurethane foam or both air and polyurethane foam.The comparism of the calculation parameters and the experimental results,indicates that when the thickness of polyurethane foam is more than 30 millimeters,the air-pillar is longer than 50 millimeters and the sum of them is more than 130 millimeters,the gap testing equipment is satisfied.
