摘 要: | 目的:建立黑荞麦中黄酮苷含量测定方法.方法:微波萃取高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Shmadzu Shim-pack-vp-ODS(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇(0.02mol/L)-磷酸二氢钾(用磷酸调节PH=3.0)(80:20),流速:1.0 m L/min;进样量:10μL.结果:线性范围为40-280mg/L,加标回收率为99.5%-100.2%,精密度为RSD=0.76%(n=6).结论:该方法不仅节省时间,重现性好,而且精密度高,为黑荞麦中黄酮苷的开发利用和含量的测定分析提供参考依据.

Determination of the Flavonoid Glycosides in Black Buckwheat by HPLC |

Abstract: | Objective:to determine the microwave-extracted flavonoid glycosides in black buckwheat by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Chromatographic column:Shmadzu Shim-pack-vp-ODS (150mm × 4.6mm,5 (mu) m);Mobile phase:methanol (0.02mol/L)-potassium dihydrogen phosphate (with phosphoric acid,adjusted pH =3.0) (80:20);Flow rate:1.0mL/min;Injection volume:10 mu] L.Results:the linear range was 40-280mg/L,the recovery rate was 99.5 %-100.2 %,and the precision was RSD =0.76 % (n =6).Conclusion:This method not only saves time,but also has good reproducibility.And it has high precision,which can provide reference for the development and utilization of flavonoid glycosides in black buckwheat. |
