摘    要:基于铁(Ⅲ)在弱酸性介质中能灵敏地催化过氧化氢氧化对-二甲氨基苯胺盐酸盐,建立了一个新的、简便和高灵敏度测定痕量铁(Ⅲ)的动力学方法,于510nm处测定吸光度以监测反应.标准曲线在0~0.10μg/25 mlFe(Ⅲ)范围内呈直线,相对标准偏差为±3.25%,该方法已用于自来水,化学试剂和人发中铁的测定.

Abstract:Based on the catalytic effect of iron( III ) on the colour reaction of p-amino-N, N-dimethylaniline dihrdrochloride (p-ADMA)oxidated by hydrogen peroxide, a simple and highly sensitivity new kinetic method for the determination of trace iron (III) is initiated. The reaction was inspected spectrophotometrically by measuring the absorbance at 510 nm and the calibration graph is linear in the range of 0-0.10 iug Fe( III )/25 ml with a relative standard variation of i 3. 25 %. The method can be applied to the determination od iron in tap-water, chemical reagents, and human hair.
