| 摘 要： | 本文研究了四溴荧光素·丁基罗丹明Ｂ等色吸光效应在萃取光度法中测定铁的应用。灵敏度为ε＝１．１４×１０５，水样中铁的含量在０～３．６×１０－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ服从比耳定律，变异系数为６．４％。

| Abstract: | A extractive specto-photometric method for determination of iron with absonption effect of isochromatic dye ion-pair was studied.It was found that the molar absorptivity of this system is 1.14×10 5,Beer's law is obyed in the range of 0～3.6×10 -6 mol/L and the relative standord deviation is 6.4%. |
