压机参数对纤维板地板基材断面密度分布的影响——以双钢带滚针毯式连续平压机为例

摘    要:用双钢带滚针毯式连续平压机生产地板基材,按照国家标准检测地板基材的物理力学性能,提出基础数据和工艺方法.试验结果表明:在高压阶段适当减小高压压力,增加钢带运行速度,有利于降低地板基材表芯层的密度比.建议采用14 mm/min的钢带运行速度;适当保持降压段压力,可使地板基材表芯层密度比减小,增加芯层密度.采用高压压力为3.31,2.44 MPa,降压段压力为0.89,0.78 MPa的热压曲线;在生产地板基材时应适当选择板坯含水率,纤维含水率保持在10.0%~11.1%为宜;热压温度为200~210℃.在此工艺条件下可以生产出满足产品质量要求的地板基材.

Effect of Press Parameters on Density Distribution of Flooring Substrate Made of Fiber Board——Taking Continuous Pressure Machine with Double Steel Needle Roller Belt as Example
Abstract:The flooring substrate produced by continuous pressure machine with double steel needle roller belt, according to the national standard testing physical and mechanical properties of the flooring substrate,the basic data and process method are put forward. Experiments show that appropriately reducing the pressure of high pressure in the stage of the high pressure and improving the running speed quickly of steel belt can reduce density ratio of core layer of flooring substrate;recommending 14 mm/min the running speed of steel belt;Properly maintaining pressure at the step-down can reduce density ratio of core layer of flooring substrate, increase the density of the core layer. The high pressure is 3. 31,2. 44 MPa,step-down pressure is 0. 89,0. 78 MPa thermal curve;Appropriate moisture content of the slab should be chosen during production of flooring substrate,it is advisable to keep fiber moisture content in 10. 0% ~11. 1%;Hot-pressing temperature is 200 ~210℃. We can produce flooring substrate under the condition of the process that could satisfy the requirement of product quality.
