| 摘 要： | 讨论了冷挤压中常见的流场及其特点，通过对细密沟槽铝合金冷挤压件在挤压过程中的流场的分析，成功地解决了该类零件在冷挤压过程中的模具开裂问题，实践证明，在临界状态下，均匀流场是该类零件冷挤压工艺成败的关键所在。

| Abstract: | The common flux field and characteristics in cold extrusion of aluminum alloy are discussed. Through the analysis on cold extruded aluminum alloy parts with fine and dense groove, the crack problems of the extruding die have been solved successfully. Practice shows that under certain condition, the uniform flux field is related to the success of production of cold extruded aluminum alloy parts with fine and dense groove. |
