生物模板辅助制备氧化锌及其光学性质研究

摘    要:以Zn(CH_3COO)_2·2H_2O为唯一反应物、定量滤纸为牺牲模板,通过简单的一步热分解法,成功地制备出微纳米ZnO晶体,借助XRD、SEM和UV-vis分别表征了产物的相组成、微观结构和光学性质.结果表明:产物纯度较高,并很好地复制了滤纸的微观形貌.同时,研究了合成条件(煅烧温度、反应物的浓度)对ZnO产物的微观形貌和结构的影响.另外,初步探讨了纳米ZnO的形成机理.

Study of Biotemplate-assisted Synthesis and Optical Properties of Zinc Oxide

Abstract:Micro-nano ZnO crystals were successfully prepared with Zn(CH_3COO)_2·2H_2O as the unique reactant via a simple one-step thermal decomposition process using filter paper as sacrificial template. The phase,microcosmic structure and optical properties of the products were characterized by XRD,SEM and UV-vis,respectively. The results showed that the resulting products had high purity and faithfully duplicated the microcosmic morphologies of the filter paper. The effects of calcination temperature and reactant concentrations on the structure and morphology of as-prepared Zn O were investigated,and the synthesis mechanism of nano ZnO was also discussed elementarily.
