污水有机物降解动力学及SBR法模拟

摘    要:本文研究酿造污水、焦化污水及化工含酚污水生物处理过程中BOD_5(及COD)的去除动力学,提出了受有毒物质抑制情况下的动力学方程,并讨论了方程中各参数对去除速度的影响.文中利用这些关系,建立SBR法动力学特性,利用SBR法处理酿造污水时,如污水浓度低,应提高充水期的负荷,缩短工作周期,如污水浓度高,充水期的负荷对工作周期没有影响.处理含酚污水时,SBR中有一个最优充水期负荷,在此负荷下工作,运行周期最短。

Abstract:It is appropriate that Monod equation can be applied todescribe BOD reaction kinetic of brewery wastewater. For bearing-phenol wastewater or coke oven plant wastewater,taken as the examplesof toxic wastewater,considering the inhibition of the toxic substrates,the new kinetic equations are developed on the basis of Monod equation.Mathematical models of SBR are established. By the calculation of themodel simulation,it is shown that the inhibitions of the toxic substratestake the great efforts on the operation schemes of SBR.
