| 摘 要： | 水资源紧缺是制约社会经济发展的关键性因素.农业是我国的用水大户,推广农业节水灌溉技术是实现水资源高效利用的重要途径.从博弈论的角度,分析了灌区不同区域用水行为、供水单位和农户用水行为,说明了采用适当的制度安排和通过水权市场配置水资源,确定合理的水价,有利于节水灌溉技术的采用,有利于提高水资源的利用效率.

| Abstract: | Water shortage is the important constraint for China's economic development.Most water resources in our country are used in agriculture,so spreading water-saving irrigation technology is an important approach to achieve water's efficient utilization.This paper analyses the relationship between water price and water-saving irrigation.It shows that high water price inspire the adoption of water-saving irrigation technology by water market and water utilization property trade. |
