试论西部边疆少数民族地区人的全面发展问题

人的全面发展与社会经济、文化的发展是互为前提、相互促进的,因此,在经济文化比较落后的西部边疆少数民族地区实现人的全面发展就显得尤为重要,也更为困难,任务更显艰巨。文章以马克思关于人的全面发展理论为指导,特别是按照江泽民同志在人的全面发展理论上的创新思想,认真剖析了西部边疆少数民族地区（以文山壮族苗族自治州为例）人的全面发展面临的困难和机遇,论证了加快实现西部边疆少数民族地区人的全面发展的可能性和现实性以及战略意义,初步提出了促进实现西部边疆少数民族地区人的全面发展的基本途径和对策。

Brief Study on How to Cultivate a Person Fully in National Minority Regions of the Remote West

A person's full development will improve the progress of social economy and culture, so will the latter to each other. Therefore, it is especially important and difficult to realize this development in the backward national minority regions of the remote west. According to Karl Marx' s theory on A Person' s Full Development and Jiang Zeming' s ideas on this theory "Create New Things", this article analyzes the difficulties and opportunities arising in the national minority regions in the course of the developing process (Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Nationalities Autonomous Prefecture as an example). This text also demonstrates the possibilities and its necessities to quicken the steps of this development and puts forward some basic ways and coun-termeasures.
