论企业主素质与民营企业的发展

中国民营企业易“短寿”是内外部多种不良因素造成的,其中企业主素质不高是重要的内因。随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善和民营企业外部环境的不断改善,民营企业的发展壮大更多的取决于企业的内部因素,尤其是企业主思想文化素质、专业技术水平、经营管理能力和责任意识的提高。

On the Development of the Quality of Enterprisers and Private Enterprises

The "short life" tendency of China's private enterprises is caused by many internal unhealthy factors as well as external ones. Among the various factors, the low quality of private enterprises is an important one. With the continuous improvement of (China's) socialist market economy and of the external environment of private enterprises, the development and growth of private enterprises depends more on the internal factors of the enterprise, esp. on the improvement of the mental and cultural quality, the improvement of the professional technique level, the improvement of the managerial and administrative competence, and the sense of responsibility.
