国营企业营销人员现行差旅费标准改进办法探讨

摘    要:首先指出国营大中型企业普遍存在的营销人员差旅费报销标准没有体现地区差异的不合理现状, 然后提出以国家公布的地区消费水平作为体现地区差异的权重、对企业不同地区的营销人员差旅费实施不同的 报销标准的改进思路,并且结合企业的具体情况进行实证分析,证明该方法在不增加任何资源的情况下对企业 的经营活动产生巨大的促进作用.具有很强的推广价值.

Abstract:First, this article points out the unreasonable situation in many state - running enterprises where the standard of sales forces' business trip expenses are not difference according to the different areas, then the author provides a means by which enterprices can use different areas expenditure levels published by the government as weights to make different standards. Furthermore, the article analyses an enterprice' s case to prove that the means can promote the sales very much without increasing any input of the enterprise. So the author think this means in worthy to spred.
