| 摘 要： | 面对教育发展趋势和现代社会对人才的要求，体育教学的指导思想发生了巨大的变化。文章从对自我教育力的理解、培养以及培养过程中要注意的问题研究入手，强调无论从教育改革、还是终身体育而言，中学体育教学都应注重培养学生自我教育力。
