论高师教育技术专业教师的知识与能力结构

摘    要:教师是一个学科发展中最重要的资源之一,但目前高等师范院校教育技术专业教师队伍的知识与能力结构与应有的知识与能力结构相比,还有相当大的距离。建设学习型教研组并倡导反思性教学,是缩短这种差距的有效途径之一。

Abstract:Teachers are one of the most important instructional resources in the development of a discipline, but at present there have been a bigger difference between the existing status of knowledge , abilities and structure of the knowledge, abilities that a qualified teacher should have in higher normal colleges. In this paper, some measures and process have been suggested that learning organization be constructed and that reflective teaching be advocated to solve this problem.
