| Abstract: | The key to cultivate the newly-patterned talents is to renew the tradi tional idea, build new concept ,adopt the latest ways and carry on brand-new mec hanism, while the essential measures to develop talents are to renew teaching, r eform ways in teaching, readjust teaching resources, improve teachers quality, c reate good atmosphere in study, launch actively scientific activities and bring into full play the function of further education. |
