| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the influence of three relative WTO rules on the publishing work of Chinese sci-tech periodicals after China entering the WTO, and puts forward the suggestion about establishing scientific multi-index evaluation system for sci-tech periodicals and reforming the evaluation method for periodicals and their authors. |
