摘    要:俄汉民族有着各自特色的饮食习俗,具有浓郁的民族性和多样性。饮食文化的差异形成了本民族的饮食文化特征,同时也是跨文化交际中最能影响交际结果的重要因素之一。了解俄汉民族饮食文化的差异,对理解其深刻的文化内涵,探究其文化底蕴,促成两国文化的进一步交流、互补与兼容具有十分重要的意义。
