连续铸铁管凝固过程数学模型

摘    要:本文通过理论推导,建立了连续铸铁管凝固过程传热微分方程,用差分数值解法求解取得了满意的结果,最后用最小二乘法回归,求出固液界面的等温线方程。通过该模型可以方便地求出连续铸管的凝固时间,凝固层厚度,凝固层深度及内外壁凝固速度差。

Mathematical Model of Solidification Process in Continuous Iron-Pipe Casting
Abstract:A differential equation is derived to express the heat transfer in the solidi-fication process in continuous iron- pipe casting, and it is solved satisfactorilyby means of numerical difference method. Finally an isothermal equation forsolid-liquid interface is developed by a method of least square regression. By thismodel the time required for casting pipe solidification, thickness of solidifyinglayer, solidification depth and the difference of solidification rate between innerand outer walls can all be determined easily.
