| 摘 要： | 梁漱溟乡村建设理论及其实验促进了当时的乡村建设和发展，他提出的强调知识分子在乡村建设中的重要作用、知识分子必须时刻保持与广大衣民的密切联系、必须大力发展农村教育事业、以振兴农业来带动工业的发展、重视农民道德伦理建设等观点对当前推行的“三支一扶”计划有着重要的借鉴和启示作用。

| Abstract: | LIANG Shuming＇ s rural construction theory suggests that the impotant role of intellectuals in the rural construction should be emphasized; intellectuals must keep in close touch with farmers; the rural culture and education should be rapidly developed and so on. His theory has the function of enlightening current ＂Three Supports and One Assistance＂ Program. |
