| Abstract: | Based on expounding the connotation and significance of modern service theory and university library’s service for readers, this paper probes into some countermeasures for improving the service capacity of university library, and points out that university library should keep pace with the times and improve librarians’quality through various paths to meet the needs of times and readers. |
