| 摘 要： | 次贷危机爆发后，为了拉动内需，保持经济增长，国务院出台了4万亿元投资计划。与此同时，如何监督这笔巨额资金的使用引起了社会各界的广泛关注。简要分析了4万亿元资金所引起的人们对财政监督的担忧以及我国财政监督的现状，并为完善我国财政监督体系提出了相应建议。
