浅谈反渗透膜的清洗

太钢反渗透系统采用经一级处理后的钢铁企业生产废水为水源,随着运行时间的延长,反渗透机组出现不同的污堵。对不同的污染物质有选择性地进行了化学清洗,恢复了反渗透膜的性能。结果表明,通过科学合理的清洗,可以保证反渗透机组连续稳定运行。

Talking about the Cleaning of Reverse Osmosis Membrane

The reverse osmosis membrane system in TISCO(Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co.)takes the industrial wastewater after primary treatment as the water source,however along with the extension of operating time,different dirt stuck appears in reverse osmosis unit.The chemical cleaning was selectively made for different pollutants,and the performance of reverse osmosis membrane was recovered.The results show that the scientific and rational cleaning can guarantee the continuous and stable operation of reverse osmosis un...
