广东沿海台风灾害链现象与防治途径的设想

摘    要:通过对登陆广东沿海地区的台风活动特征进行分析,初步探讨了台风灾害链的主要成因和一般规律,广东省每年7-9月是台风及其引发的灾害链最易肆虐的时期。而全年都须提高。根据历史上典型台风灾害特点,对台风造成的狂风、暴雨和风暴潮灾害,及其衍生的次一级灾害链的主要环节和类型进行了初步划分。广东沿海人口密集,经济发达,因而台风灾害的损失也非常巨大。为此,迫切需要进一步加强台风及其灾害链的预测、预警网络建设,健全和完善防灾设施,强化综合减灾信息管理和预防对策的研究,建立现代化的减灾信息系统。

Abstract:Depending on the analysis of the moving characters of typhoon, which landed along the Guangdong coast, the author probed into the main causing factors and regular pattern of the Typhoon calamity chain. July,August and September are the most dangerous periods of the typhoon and its disaster chain in Guangdong Province, while the alert vigilance must be kept for the whole year. Based on the research into the typical calamities in history,we delimited elementarily the key_links and categories of disasters caused by the accompanying gale,torrential rain and windstorm tide and their derivative disaster chain. Typhoon disaster caused horrifying heavy losses along the Guangdong coast for it is densely populated and properous. So the urgent need is to strengthen the forecast and caution web system for typhoon and its calamities, amplify and perfect the disaster prevention facilities, strengthen the researches into synthesize information management for reducing calamity and prevention countermeasure, and set up a modern disaster reduction information system.
