开滦矿区唐山煤矿瓦斯涌出规律及其预测

摘    要:根据开滦集团唐山煤矿的地质背景、瓦斯分析报表等统计资料,分析瓦斯涌出特征及构造、埋深、地应力与瓦斯涌出量的关系,并采用分源预测法及地质统计法预测唐山煤矿地区8、9煤瓦斯涌出情况。结果表明:唐山煤矿瓦斯涌出形式为普通涌出,瓦斯来源为煤层瓦斯与采空区瓦斯;瓦斯涌出量明显受构造控制,大构造附近瓦斯富集较多;其涌出量随埋深增大而增大,分布状态与最大主应力的分布状态大体一致。地质统计法显示,绝对瓦斯涌出量随着埋深的增大而增大,变化梯度为1.35 m3/(min.hm);分源预测法显示,瓦斯涌出量随煤层瓦斯含量增大而增大,并且明显呈正相关关系。该研究为矿井安全生产提供了有益参考。

Abstract:This paper introduces an analysis of gas emission characteristics and the relationship be- tween geological factors, such as structure, buried depth, ground stress, etc, and gas emission rate ac- cording to the statistical materials of gas analysis report and geological background of Tangshan mine of Kailuan group, and a prediction of gas emission law of 8th, 9th coal seam using the different-source fore- cast method and geological statistics method. The results show that gas emission in Tangshan mine is found to take place in the ordinary form and results from gas found in coal seam and goaf; the gas emis- sion rate depends evidently on tectonic control, and macrotectonics contributes more to gas enrichment; increasing gas emission stems from the increasing buried depth, and the gas distribution is almost the same with the distribution of the maximum principal stress. The geological statistics method shows that absolute gas emission rate increases at the rate of 1.35 m3 per minute every 100 meters with the increase of buried depth, and the different-source forecast method shows that gas emission rate increases with the increase of gas content in coal seam. The method, capable of determining distribution characteristics of gas emission according to distribution characteristics of gas content, could provide a useful reference for mine safety production.
