| 摘 要： | 基于DAM6416P图像处理平台设计了运动目标检测跟踪系统．该系统采用预置点之间循环扫描的方式对场景进行监控，用帧差法检测有无运动目标出现；发现运动目标后根据目标质心的运动情况控制云台的运动．实现对运动目标的跟踪。实验结果表明系统能够对运动目标进行及时准确地检测和跟踪。 |

| Abstract: | The method of moving objects detecting and tracking is studied based on DAM6416P image processing platform.The scene is monitored by the method of circularly scanning among the prearranged points.Frame differentiation method is used to detect whether there are moving objects.Once there is a moving object,the vidicon is controlled to move to the nearest prearranged point by judging the centroid of the moving object.Therefore the moving object is tracked.The results of experiments prove the feasibility and accuracy of the system. |
