3mm宽带变容管电调谐波振荡器的研究

摘    要:依据“电调基频,提取谐波”的构想,该文建立了串联型宽带变容管电调谐波振荡器的电路模型,在3mm频段上完成了电路设计,获得了15%的相对电调带宽,带内最小5mW最大功率超过了17mW,输出功率大于5mW的电调带宽达到13GHz。

Abstract:Based on the principle of "electronically tuning the fundamentalfrequency and extracting the second harmonic",the paper proposes a circuitmodel for foe wideband series varacter-tuned harmonic oscillator. At W-bandthe electronic tuned bandwidth of 15% is achievevd within which the minimumpower is 5mW and the maxmum over 17mW. The electronic tuned bandwidth ofDyer 5mW is found to be 13GHz.
