| 摘 要： | 本文从电势叠加原理出发,引用电多极展开式,并应用球谐函数加法定理,给出带电系统电势分布的一般表达式,并由此计算出均匀带电薄圆面的电势分布和静电能。

| Abstract: | Based on the principle of superposition of electric potentials,the expansion equation for a multipolar, charged system is introduced together with the application of spherical harmonic function,resulting in a general- ized expression for the distribution of electric potential and the electrostatic energy of a uniformly charged thin circular system is calculated. |
