体育商品企业顾客满意度测评指标体系

摘    要:对顾客满意度基本理论进行了阐述,并通过对美国顾客满意度指数(ACSI)模型的分析和提炼,构建了适合于体育商品企业的顾客满意度测评指标体系,以此来指导改进传统体育商品营销观念,建立以顾客为导向的行销战略,为体育产品商业的营销策划工作提供理论指导.

Abstract:Based on the expatiation of the basic theories on the customer satisfaction degree,and refining of ACSI model were analysed and refined,the customer satisfaction measuring index system is set up,which is suitable for sports commodity enterprises.It provide a guideline for the improvement of the traditional sports commodity marketing view and establish acustomer-oriented marketing strategy.It is expected that it can provide theoretical guides for sports commodity enterprises.
