摘    要:通过标准马歇尔试验确定普通沥青混合料的最佳油石比和毛体积密度,依据经验公式计算不同掺量SEAM(硫磺添加剂)沥青混合料的最佳油石比,再通过车辙和单轴动态蠕变试验测试了不同掺量SEAM沥青混合料的高温变形,分析、计算了动稳定度、位移和蠕变模量等试验数据.试验结果表明,掺量为30%~40%SEAM沥青混合料的抗高温变形能力最强,因而SEAM改性沥青混合料的掺量应在30%以上较为合适.

Abstract:The optimal asphalt-aggregate ratio and bulk volume density for asphalt mixtures are confirmed by standard Marshall stability test, and the optimal asphalt-aggregate ratio and bulk volume density for the different dose SEAM are calculated by experiential formula. Through rutting test and dynamic uniaxial creep test, their high-temperature deformations are measured, and dynamic stability,displacement and dynamic creep module etc. , are analyzed and computed. These experiment results show that 30% - 40% doses asphalt mixtures are the strongest at high-temperature stability, hence the dose above 30% is more appropriate in SEAM asphalt mixture.
