论社会主义和谐社会的利益和谐

构建社会主义和谐社会是一项复杂的社会系统工程。目前，随着各项改革的深入，在社会内部，利益矛盾的运动不断推动着利益的分化和整合。就个人而言，利益动机仍在深深地影响着人们的行为取向，同时也在塑造着社会成员之间的关系；而对执政的中国共产党而言，对利益矛盾调控的水平将直接决定着社会的稳定状况、发展趋势和自身执政地位的合法性。考察利益在社会发展中的作用我们不难看出：评判一个社会和谐与否归根结底看的就是这个社会的利益关系是否和谐，社会主义和谐社会尤为如此。

On Interests Harmony of a Harmonious Socialist Society

Building a harmonious socialist society is a complex and systematic social project. With the reforms of each respect going thoroughly, interest conflicts never stops moving interests to distribute and aggregate within the society. For individuals, interests motivation strongly influences their behavior orientations, and meanwhile adjust interpersonal relations. For Chinese Communist Party as ruling Party, its ability to reconcile interests conflicts will directly decide about the stabihty, developing tendency of the society as well as the legality of its ruling position. Having taken a close probe into the role of interests in social development, the paper concludes that, Whether the interest relations within the society are harmonious or not is the basis to judge a harmonious society. This is especially applicable for a harmonious socialist society.
