| 摘 要： | 依据创新体系的基本内涵,以技术创新体系3个过程(初期、中期、后期)和四元主体模型阶段的3个时期(政府导向型、高校推动企业拉动型和自觉发展型)的演变路线为切入点,梳理了我国国家创新体系的演化历程及未来发展趋势,得出市场主导、政府引导、科技中介网络支持、风险科技基金并入的以自主创新为前提的未来演化趋势特征;总结出我国国家创新体系发展的经验,在此基础上对如何发展企业自主创新提出启示。 |
