高能激励下的团队管理困境及其化解

摘    要:主流经济学将团队组织的效率优势归结于其成员之间的分工合作,而团队成员行为中的"自利"特征又将促使他们之间合作困境的产生。典型案例分析表明,"计件工资制"式的高能激励将强化团队组织成员行为中的"自利"特征,并最终导致团队组织效率的损失和组织的解体。而以"公平裁决"与"差异化激励"相结合的机制将有助于团队管理困境的化解。
