| 摘 要： | 在分析开发类科研院所产权变革过程中存在问题的基础上,建立了开发类科研院所企业化转制产权变革过程框架模型；分析了产权变革的前期准备工作；探讨了清产核资和资产评估方案；研究了产权界定及国有资产委托代理关系确认;提出了确定新的产权结构的途径,并对产权变革解决科研院所现存问题进行评估.
