基于图像处理的自动报警系统设计与研究

针对传统监控报警系统的缺陷，设计出一种基于图像处理的自动报警系统，并给出系统的设计方案、硬件设计和软件设计，重点提出了运动目标检测和报警算法．系统通过对运动目标的检测，实现对非法侵入自动报警．采用的高速处理芯片DSP和CPLD技术，使系统具有实时性和自适应能力．实际结果表明：系统图像质量高，稳定；误报率极低．

The Design of an Automatic Warning System Based on Image Processing

In the paper,an automatic warning system based on image processing has been designed.The system aims to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional monitoring systems.The thought of the design,the system's hardware design and software design were presented;the motive target detection and the algorithm of warning were related in detail.By detecting a motive target,the system is able to warn automatically against unauthorized entering.Owing to its employment of the technology of DSP and CPLD,the system can give real time performances and acquires self-adaptive ability.Experiments showed that the systemic images were of high quality and steady,and the rate of wrong alarming was very low.
