| Abstract: | In recent years, mass disturbance in our country are more and more intensified, and it has seriously interfered the normal social order and destroyed social harmony. In order to promote the process of rule of law and build a harmonious socie- ty, it is the first imperative for the theoretical cycle and the relevant departments to take legal means to effectively resolve the mass disturbance according to the features and causes of the events. |
