摘    要:农村环境教育是当前环境教育的重点、难点,在社会转型的特殊时期和农户分享改革成果的愿望日益强烈的关键阶段,迫切需要构建一套完整的农村环境教育体系。在科学把握农村环境教育体系内涵基础上,从参与主体、供给模式、内容构成等方面对农村环境教育体系进行了重新构建。通过合理的农村环境教育供给模式,建立政府——农户双向沟通机制,达到资源的优化配置,为我国农村环境教育战略的顺利实施提供理论借鉴和决策依据。

Abstract:The rural environmental education is the focus of the environment education, and it is of great theoretical and practical value to study it. Based on an scientific understanding of the connotation of the rural environmental education system, this pa- per puts forward a new system from the aspects of the main participants, the content composition and modes of supply. By con- structing rational supply models of the rural environmental education and a "government households" communication system to achieve efficient aliocation of resources, it can provide the theoretical basis of decision-making for the administration.
