低信噪比的俄歇电子信号提取

摘    要:当信噪比小于1的时候,俄歇电子信号完全被噪声所掩埋,利用计算机的多次存贮信号,可以把无规律的噪声去除,而有规律的信息被提取出来,再经过平滑处理,可以得到很好的俄歇电子能谱图。

Abstract:When signal noise ratio is lower than one, Auger electron signals are buried completely by noise. The signals are saved many times by the computer, that can reduce random noise and regular Auger electron signals can be picked up. And then, the smooth treatment is used. Auger electron spectroscopy can be obtained.
