| 摘 要： | 第四方物流运营商如何设计与其多个分包商的合同,是其关键问题之一.应用多任务委托代理方法,考虑分包商完成的一般物流指标、协作行为、信息共享指标等情况,建立第四方物流运营商和其多个分包商的一对多的多任务委托代理模型,用委托代理理论求解该模型,得出各分包商固定支付和各指标的激励系数的计算公式等结果,对结果分析后得出若干有意义的结论.

| Abstract: | How the fourth party logistics designs its contracts for each subcontractor is one of its key problems.Applying the multi-task principal-agent method,this paper considers the general logistics indices,cooperative action indices and information share indices,and sets up one to more multi-task principal-agent model between the fourth party logistics and its subcontracts.After solving this model, this paper obtains the calculating formulae of the fixed payment of each subcontractor and motivating coefficient of each index of each subcontractor,and draws some useful conclusions. |
