滚珠丝杠副动态测量仪中测量台系统的运动学设计

摘    要:本文在剖析传统的滚珠丝杠副测量方法不足的基础上,提出了将测量台驱动运动、测量运动和螺母支承相分离以满足运动学设计要求的仪器方案.经实际应用证实了这种方案在提高检测精度和测量重复性方面的有效性,解决了1级精度(JB3162.2-91)长滚珠丝杠副的检测难题.

Abstract:After analysing the shortcoming of traditional ball screw assembly measurement methods, a new instrument scheme based on kinematic design principle is outlined which undertakes carriage driving, measuring-stand moving and nut supporting takes separately in order that the kinematic design requirements is met. The scheme proposed shows its effectiveness in improving the measuring precision and repeatability when it is used in a practical instrument,thus helps to solve the difficult problem of measuring high-grade ball screw assembly,especially long and heavy ones.
