论人本主义心理学视野下高校德育发展策略

摘    要:在"以人为本"成为治国理政主导理念的今天,人本主义心理学的相关理论为当前加强和改进高校德育提供了一种"学理资源"。因此,相关理论的研究者首先对人本主义心理学相关理论进行"扬弃",然后对当前高校德育低效的原因进行重新梳理,继而在人本主义心理学视野下提出高校德育发展策略,即通过提升德育个体服务功能、更新德育的思维模式、强化德育发展性功能及营造德育的和谐环境等策略来增强高校德育的针对性和实效性。

Abstract:When the people-oriented management of country has been the leading idea, the relevant theories of humanistic psychology provide a "theoretical resources" for strengthening and improving the college moral education. Therefore, relevant researchers extract the relevant humanistic psychology theories, resorts the reasons for inefficient moral education in colleges, and then proposes the development strategies of moral education under the context of humanistic psychology, which is enhancing the individual service functions of moral education, updating the thinking mode of moral education, strengthening the development of moral educational function and creating a harmonious environment, so as to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of moral education.
