大学生职业价值观成因调查报告

当代大学生职业价值观呈多元化分布,成就动机、利他主义在当代大学生职业价值观中占据重要地位,大多数学生对自己都有比较客观的定位。高校教育对大学生职业价值观的形成起到了积极的引导作用。鉴于此种情况,当前高校应加强大学生的职业价值观教育,构建职业生涯规划教育和创新创业教育体系,重视校园文化建设,充分发挥学生就业机构的作用,为大学生树立正确的职业价值观营造良好的氛围,以满足我国社会主义市场经济的客观需要。

Findings Report on Forming Reasons for College Students＇ Viewpoints of Professional Value

At present, college students＇ viewpoints of professional value are diversely distributed, among which achievement motivation and altruism dominate Most of them can give themselves objective identities. Academic education plays positive effects on formation of their viewpoints of professional value. In consideration of this situation, colleges and universities should reinforce the professional value education of undergraduates, construct the educating systems of career development planning and pioneering work, attach importance to campus culture construction, fully play the role of employment administration, and create an good environment for undergraduates to set up correct viewpoints of professional value so as to meet the objective needs of our socialist market economy.
