摘    要:
【目的】充分利用甘蔗种植废弃物甘蔗叶(梢),降低毛木耳(Auricularia polytricha)栽培成本。【方法】采用单因素试验法确定以甘蔗叶(梢)为主要原料的毛木耳栽培配方。【结果】以55%甘蔗叶(梢)为主要原料加上杂木糠30%、麸皮13%、过磷酸钙1%、石膏粉1%为配方栽培毛木耳,鲜耳产量高,而原料成本比以棉籽壳为主要原料的配方低149.2%。【结论】以甘蔗叶为主要原料栽培毛木耳综合效果更好。

Abstract:
[Objective] To make full use of sugarcane leaves (or tips),the waste of sugar refinery and reduce the cultivation cost of Auricularia polytricha.[Methods] Single factor experiment method is employed to identify the formula for Auricularia polytricha cultivation using sugarcane leaves (or tips) as the main raw material.[Results] The experiments showed that the yield of Auricularia polytricha using sugarcane leaves (or tips) (55%),wood chips (30%),bran (13%),calcium superphosphate (1%) and gypsum powder (1%) was quiet high. But the cost is 149.2% less than that of using cottonseed hulls (98%).[Conclusion] Comprehensive effect of using sugarcane leaves (or tips) as the main material in Auricularia polytricha cultivation is much better than using other raw materials.
