室温单分子光场的光子统计特性

摘    要:介绍了三能级结构室温单分子光学探测的工作原理,利用Hanbury-Brown-Twiss探测方法研究通过记录两个单光子探测器响应的单分子光场的每一个事件,分析单事件的光子统计概率P(n,n=0、1、2)与Mandel参数.研究利用单事件光子统计直接测量单分子光子源的信号背景比和快速判断单分子.

Abstract:The principle of optical detection for three-levels single molecule in room temperature were introduced.By use of Hanbury-Brown-Twiss method,the photon statistics P(n,n=0,1,2) and the Mandel parameter were analyzed by recording of every photo-electrical event from the single photon source.In the work,novel and fast approaches for identifying single molecules and the determination of signal to background ratio were presented based on single event photon statistics.
