姜黄素对鼻咽癌细胞株CNE-2Z-H5裸鼠移植瘤增殖的影响

目的研究姜黄素对人低分化鼻咽癌细胞系亚克隆株CNE-2Z-H5裸鼠移植瘤生长和增殖的影响。方法复制人低分化鼻咽癌细胞系亚克隆株CNE-2Z-H5裸鼠移植瘤模型,观察姜黄素对移植瘤生长的影响。结果裸鼠体内实验显示姜黄素可以抑制移植瘤的生长。不同浓度姜黄素组移植瘤瘤重与溶剂对照组比较有降低趋势,高剂量组降低更明显,差异有极显著性(P<0.001),抑瘤率达59.75%。结论姜黄素可以抑制CNE-2Z-H5细胞裸鼠移植瘤的生长,其可能在鼻咽癌的治疗中具有一定的价值,值得进一步深入研究。

Effects of curcumin on proliferation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line(CNE-2Z-H5)

Objective:To investigate the effects of the curcumin on growth and proliferation in CNE-2Z-H5 cells implanted tumor in nude mice.Methods: Duplicating the model of CNE-2Z-H5 cells implanted tumor in nude mice,then observe the effects of the different doses of curcumin on the growth of implanted tumors.Results: The results in vivo showed that from the growth curve of the implanted tumors,the tumors of the curcumin groups were growing more slowly than the control group.On the other hand,the average weight of the implanted tumors were reduced in the curcumin groups compared with the control group,the reduction was obvious at the curcumin dose of 50mg/kg,the inhibited rate arrived at 59.75% with significant statistic difference(P<0.001).Conclusions: In vivo,the curcumin could inhibit the growth of the implanted tumors in nude mice obviously,it might have applicable value in the therapy of NPC,and we have the necessary of continuing more researches on curcumin.
