| 摘 要： | 高校人事档案是国家重要的信息资源,是高校核心竞争力的重要组成部分.开发利用好高校人事档案信息资源,能实现并增添其内在价值.然而,目前国内高校人事档案的开发利用工作仍面临观念陈旧、管理体制落后、基础工作薄弱等制约因素,需要进一步解放思想,创新管理体制,积极探索包括构建虚拟档案馆在内的开发利用新模式,实现高校人事档案信息资源的社会共事.
