初等教育专业分层递进,全程训练实训模式研究

摘    要:分层递进,全程训练实训模式是把实践教学作为一个有机的整体来考虑,将职业能力的训练分层次贯穿在学生学习的全过程中.在实施这种实训模式时要遵循层次性原则、全程性原则和全面性原则,在构建初等教育专业学生职业能力训练体系时可通过加强课程渗透、强化常态性的学生自主训练、开展虚拟化的实践活动、依托实训基地加大教育实践力度以及通过技能比赛以赛促练等方式来进行训练.
