摘    要:在将等斜率灰色聚类法应用于地面水环境质量评价的基础上提出了灰色聚类样点排序法,并用灰色聚类样点排序法对实例进行水环境质量评价比较,讨论了灰色聚类样点排序法在权重处理过程的可行性.认为灰色聚类样点排序法兼顾到1)各测点的实测污染浓度都在级别标准范围内较有规律地变化,各污染物的标准值之间差异不太大;2)污染物分布的离散度太大,各标准值之间差别也太大这两种情况.

Abstract:This paper proposed the obscure clustering sample permutation method that is more practicable than the isogradient obscure clustering method in handling the weighting in the surface water environmental quality assessment. The two problems that are more practicable had been pointed out by the obscure clustering sample permutation method, i.e. 1) the determined pollution density of all the tested concentration changes within the standard range and no great differences are found in the standard level among pollution; 2) pollutants are scattered largely apart and every standard level has great differences among them.
